We greatly appreciate your support of our small business. Kindly note that, due to our size and operational constraints, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our shop.

If you happen to receive a product that is defective or damaged, we're here to help resolve the issue. For any defective or damaged items, we kindly ask that you take clear photos or videos of the damaged merchandise and email them to us at orders@kaliwellness.shop.

All return requests must be sent within 30 days of purchase to be considered.
