  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.

  • In the event that you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a fee equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service will be charged.
